Awesome witty gluten free. Daughter is celiac and orders hotdog all the time with no issues. They announce allergy and change their gloves

Very disrespectful at this location... they were prepping my burger and another working KNOWING it was an allergy purposely put his hand on the foil witch made them have to restart the order. Also the same employee was yelling “allergy set up” the whole time. It was completely embarrassing. The women who cashed me out seemed equally embarrassed..
I eat here all the time. The manager makes sure to change gloves before touching my lettuce wrap and watches my burger down the line. Only fries go in the fryer so these are safe also.

I don't like being handed a hot, sloppy, topping-laden burger wrapped in tin foil. No plates or trays. We don't go there. Just unpleasant.
No GF buns but can eat everything else.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
