I asked the girl taking my order if the milkshakes were gluten free. She didn't know. Either did her coworker who told me "no, they have egg in them." Then I asked if their fries were gluten free and I was told "no, they fried in peanut oil." We left with nothing. Employees are not trained at this location.

Staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination. No GF buns, but burger can be served in a container or wrapped in lettuce. Our son loved it and had the fries.
great burgers and never felt sick afterwards.
Knowledgable and courteous staff. Had 2 burgers with pickle, fried onions and french fries! They are aware of cross contamination and took extra precaution with our meals. It was wonderful!!
Manager made my burger (no bun) himself. Cleaned area, new gloves etc. Great service at a busy location.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
