As someone with celiac disease I always get nervous eating at a chain/fast food type restaurant. But I was very impressed here. They knew exactly how to treat my burger to prevent contamination. The guy who took my order personally put it together and looked over to me and shouted to let me know he was preparing my burger safely in a separate area. I was so impressed with the service here. Burger was delicious and I did not get sick afterwards. I didn’t get fries because I wasn’t hungry for them but they do have gluten free frier and my friend said the fries were fantastic.

I ate at five guys, got the burger bowl and fries. No issues at all, quick and easy gluten free.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
