My go to place when I crave a burger and fries. I get lettuce wrap burger, which I have come t prefer. No GF bread offered. Dedicated fryer. They call back to change gloves automatically when you say "allergy".

Have two kids with celiac. They seem very knowledgeable and we have never had any issues. We order the hamburger bowl and take in our own bun.

Staff was very knowledgeable and assured me that precautions would be taken to prevent cross-contamination. I have eaten here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue. My stuff was bagged separately. Designated drier for French fries. They were very busy but managed to keep my meal safe!

They offer their burgers either in a lettuce wrap or patties in a bowl with whatever toppings you want! When you order, tell them you need GF and when they order they yell out that it's an allergy order. Everyone touching my food changed gloves and my food was bagged separately. Their fries are naturally GF and not cross contaminated. They have an "allergen chart" on their website. Awesome service and tasted great. I will be back!

Delicious! Understanding staff, fast, no problems at all. I have celiac disease and am very sensitive to cc.

Great food and understanding staff. Careful on the fries if you're sensitive to high fat items! (They were so good though!)
iv always had great experience at all the locations. I have celiac and it has never bothered me, I do take my own bun if I know I'm going

Easy to order and great options. It is so nice to have a big pile of fries with their food. They bagged my food separately to avoid Criss contamination too!
Love how they change their gloves and wipe everything down to prevent cross contamination :-)

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
