They don’t have gluten-free buns for their burgers but can do a lettuce wrap or a bowl. The fries are in a dedicated fryer and the Cajun seasoning is safe. The locations I have been to have all asked if it was an allergy when ordering and then handled it accordingly. They usually put my bowl and fries in a separate bag from my partners.
It’s pretty much the same deal as their regular options, just minus the bun. Their burgers and fries are high quality, potatoes are cut and fried at the establishment, and the food is always fresh. I never feel like the odd one out choosing them GF option here!
Their food is good pretty heavy and a bit greasier than I like on a regular basis but still one of my all-time faves!

Great food loved the fries.

I've never gotten sick. They have hands gloves for me without making me feel bad. Fries and lettuce wrap are great.
It's nice to have fries every once an awhile. And to have the burger just ask for lettuce to wrap it in instead of bun!
Nothing special. Greasy.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
