Cashier knew about GF, she spoke to kitchen staff, then watched the food during the entire process. Felt confident and didn't get sick.

Ate here on vacation without any reaction. Ask for lettuce wrapped hamburger. Fries are a-ok to eat since nothing else goes in fryer.
Yes
no gluten free bun. had no clue what I was asking.
No
Super nice and offered to wrap my bun in lettuce, which was packages nicely and was delicious! Even offered to change gloves without me having to ask so!
Bigger "Five Guys" restaurants actually have gluten free buns for your burger and a lot more to choose from in a gluten free menu. This one does not.
What a joke. Can't even handle putting a burger in a lettuce wrap. Probably because their lettuce shows up shredded. Someone's polluting the ratings here giving all Five Guys five stars.
Love Five Guys. If you bring in your own bun, they change gloves, and dedicate person to prevent cross-contamination! Fries are superb!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
