You have the option of a burger bowl or lettuce wrap. They let me bring in my own Gluten-free bun then I put my Lettuce Wrapped burger with condiments on the bun! They are knowledgeable and extremely friendly, I highly recommend it! Plus the best burgers and fries (dedicated fryer) around!

Yes
perfect for a quick bite on the go when youre gf. tasty burgers and fries without worrying
Like all 5 Guys, the buns are prepared on a separate area from the meat, and the oil is dedicated. Do keep an eye on the folks making your food -- they automatically go for that bun, so give a yell and keep your meat safe.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
