Only thing with gluten is the buns. BEST gf fries in my opinion. Lettuce wraps are good, but for obvious reasons, not that filling. No upcharge for GF options which is nice! They ask if GF is an option or preference, which I find to be quite kind.

Ordered my burger wrapped in lettuce, and the fries were awesome. Had no issues after eating here. The only things with gluten are the buns, and the company confirms everything else including the fries are gluten-free.

They always take care of me at Five Guy's. Fries are only thing made in the fryer.
Fries are fried separately!!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
