At my five guys I never receive symptoms, their food is amazing too. They are always aware of allergies also.

I’m here visiting my mother in law from out of state. I didn’t even think about checking my app before going because 5 guys back home does so well. I was having a great time and enjoying my burger, until the sudden terrible pain. The staff swears they changed their gloves, but it’s quite obvious that they didn’t. 🤢🤢🤢

Great burger until the pain came from being glutened. Suspect the employees didn't change gloves between fixing my husband's sandwich and my GF burger. I did make it known several times what I needed.
As someone who rarely gets to enjoy fries, I love that I can come here and get a burger and fries. I'm used to eating a burger without a bun. Furthermore, I appreciate that they will gladly change gloves when you mention a food allergy!
No buns (bowl or lettuce wrap) but being able to get the fries makes up for that!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
