This is our go to restaurant for fries. We are gluten, soy, dairy, and egg free. We've never had any dietary issues eating here or at any other five guys. We wish they had a GF bun option.

Very very helpful explaining everything on the menu & the burger was great even without a bun! The staff was AMAZING.
Very attentive to my gluten allergy! One person followed my burger down the line, after announcing there was a food allergy and there needed to be a glove change. I asked for a lettuce wrap, and fries are the only food that enters their fryers, so of course I had to have some of those! My only complaint is my messy, fully loaded burger needed to be eaten with a fork.. And they were out! Overall, I'm extremely impressed!

The staff was exceptionally friendly! And the food was delicious, as Five Guys always is.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
