I loved the option of ordering a burger with no bun in a bowl. The burger parties were very tasty. My main issue was the price point so I won't be eating here very often. The shakes are excellent and most of the mix ins don't have wheat or gluten.

Fantastic! They will serve the burger in a lettuce wrap or bowl for you.

This place is expensive but as a treat I love to order from here. They seem to be super accommodating to GF and I have never gotten sick from their food. I like to order a burger in a bowl and then bring it home and put it on my own GF bun. Love that the fries are GF too!

Make sure to say you need your burger GF. I have watched them every time and they have changed their gloves before touching my food to ensure there is no contamination.

Best burger in town!! YUM!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
