At a festival nearby (Rock on the Range) and left to come here during a rain delay. The staff member offered to make me a lettuce wrap burger and a burger bowl for my partner. Both were delicious. While she was preparing our food, another staff member asked for help with making another order (burger on bun) and she said "I can't right now, I am making an allergy order" which is about the best thing I can ask for. We were able to enjoy a delicious meal without worry, and I did not get sick at all.

Bring in your own gluten free bun. They'll toast it for you on foil and change their gloves. They have FRIES that are not contaminated with gluten !!!!! I love this place. They're so sweet !

Dedicated fryer and they always alert everyone in the kitchen of a celiac allergy and they also change their gloves and alert you when your order is ready that they consider your allergy important to them.

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
