Five Guys is always great. Ask for your burger wrapped in lettuce and say it's an allergy- everyone coming in contact with your food will change their gloves before they touch it. Fries are safe- nothing else is fried. Delicious!

ALL of the condiments are cross contaminated. I watched three people make a burger on a bun and then stick their hands right into the bowl of pickles, lettuce, and onions. Celiacs beware.

Love there food but observed the dry cook grab the frozen with gloved hands but also touched handels of the basket s then with same gloves did something on prepared table then reached for more fries. I had to ask him to please change his gloves before cooking my fries. he did but returned to handle ing basket and fresh fries with out changing them again. so for celiac I wouldn't chance it

Everything is GF except buns, we which are toasted on a separate surface from patties/hot dogs. They will change gloves and wipe down surfaces if you ask. GF food is served in a separate foil tray and is handled separately from everything else. They were not too knowledgeable about the topic, other than basic handling, which was okay. You just need to watch them to make sure they don't mishandle the food.

They do a pretty good job. If you tell them that you have a gluten allergy they will change their gloves and give you a burger in a bowl or a lettuce wrapped burger. Fries are gluten free. Just pay attention and make sure they change the gloves, as I'm not sure if they've done that every time we've been here. We are not a celiac family, so I can't speak confidently as to whether they are celiac friendly or not.

Never been sick. Will continue to go back. Only giving 4 stars because it's greasy but then again, it's fast food and that's to be expected.

I have finaly gotten my life back, after discovering my glutten sensitivity problem. I have finaly found a place I can go to and enjoy a hamburger and fries again. They use peanut oil, and only fry fries, in their fryers. I get their hamburges with cheese in a bowl loaded with extra pickles and lettuce and a mountain of fries. I all so enjoy their free peanuts while I wait. THANKS FIVE GUYS, PLEASE DO NOT ADD ANY OTHER ITEM TO YOU DEEP FRYER.

Love that your GF order is tagged special as an allergy order & bagged separately from the rest of the order. They did a great job preventing cross-contamination by changing their gloves every time they handled anything on a bun. Dedicated fryer for fries. Separate person preparing only fries. i brought my own buns (I planned to buy 2 patties, but 1 was plenty). Burger was thicker and bigger than McDonald's patties, came in something that looked like a personal-sized lasagna pan. All condiments on the side. "Regular" size French fries portion was huge, but tasted MUCH better than those at "The Golden Arches", fresher and thicker cut. They don't have combos, so fries were separate. Offering combos is the only suggestion I would make.

I've eaten here twice and ordered a bunless/wrap and haven't had any problems. The fries are the only thing fried in the fryer. Five Guys style is how I got my fries since the Cajun Fries are heavily seasoned. I'm an airborne Celiac and extremely sensitive, but do relatively well here, especially since I can sit outside and eat.

I have been to a few Five Guys locations over the years and I really enjoyed my experience at this particular location. There was a sign that said they could make the burger bunless and when I ordered it that way, the cashier asked me two questions: 1. Was this for a food allergy? 2. Would I like it in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap? I opted for the lettuce wrap. Turns out this was one of the first locations to offer that option and it caught on, so many other locations now offer it as well. The cashier informed them that it was for an allergy and they announced it on the line at least three times as they were preparing my food. It was a little too crowded for me to watch the actual prep, but I could clearly hear them announce that there was an allergy prep on the table. After the rush was over, the manager even came out to my table while I was eating to see how everything was and make sure I was happy with my order. He was glad to hear that I was happy and invited comments about how they could improve their service. Since I don't feel the need to have a gf bun when there are viable alternatives, especially with less carbs, I was not inclined to suggest it. Please note that people with peanut allergies cannot even step foot in the building, but other allergies, you should probably be okay.
