They all change their gloves down the lime while making your burger, but still a very high chance of CC so be careful. I've come a couple of times and haven't had a bad experience though!

My daughter was able to enjoy a gluten free hamburger when I asked them to change there gloves they asked why and I let them know my daughter had celiacs and the lady yelled we have an allergy in the house! My daughter was very excited that everyone knew what that meant!

This place is amazing! BEWARE you cannot eat their fry sauce, malt vinegar or buns! Something is in the fry sauce that has gluten! Ask for a side of mayo from the back and add some ketchup!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
