This is absolutely the cleanest Five Guys I have ever been to. They were extremely cautious with notifying of celiac and safety and prepared my food safely. I’m an extremely sensitive and did not get sick (also burgers not greasy like some other locations)
I eat at this five guys often and have never once gotten sick. They change gloves and will flag your meal. Staff is always knowledgeable and really nice.

The restaurant was extremely clean. The kitchen is wide open and you can see everything the team is doing. When we arrived we went to the order counter and explained we had a celiac in our party with an “allergy to gluten”. The man at the counter was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He notified the entire team of the allergy. The team proceeded to not only change their gloves but also was their hands. Everyone on the team was so nice, concerned and understanding. My son got a cheeseburger with a lettuce wrap and French fries. He did not have a reaction and is extremely sensitive to cross contamination.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
