My niece and myself have celiac and I stressed how important it was to the employees of our “gluten allergy “ and then we both ended up extremely sick. We never go back
Although they try to accommodate celiac, they don't quite understand cross contamination well.
I love 5 Guys but always have a little trepidation about how the GF order is passed back to the line. But this location is fantastic, was very clear it was allergy order and required change of gloves. Very friendly, highly recommend.

Changed their gloves, made the entire kitchen aware of "allergy order", offered a bowl or lettuce wrap, very friendly staff. By far, the best Five Guys I've been to.
Awesome. Been here countless times and have never had any issues. Great place to go!
Loved it. Daughter is GF, so I join her. We got the lettuce wrap burger and fries. it was great! The double patties is better then single this way. They also do a burger bowl if GF.
Use same oil to fry

Always a GF safe place and appreciate the knowledge of staff on cross contamination!
Great place to go! I have eaten here several times and never had an issue with burgers - get them in a lettuce wrap- or french fries. I have celiac and they take very good care of me.
excellent--had mine as a lettuce wtap and my husband had his in a bowl. They were very helpful.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
