I've eaten here several times and only had a reaction once... they do have an allergen grid which you can look up online... I feel very safe eating here when they're not busy, but they start cutting corners when there is a line

Very aware of and careful to take necessary steps to avoid cross contamination-- change gloves, prepare food seperately.
Been "glutened" due to cross contamination more than once. For a while we were good. No problems. But last few times were not.
Always accommodating and seems to take it seriously.
Always extra careful, constantly change gloves, unbelievably friendly.. All around great place and very Gluten Free friendly!
Always helpful and delicious. I have never been accidentally "glutened."
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
