Delicious fries and burgers staff is very accommodating

They try but the last few times that I have been there I have been cross contaminated and they didn't get my order right.

No gluten free buns but you can get the burger wrapped in lettuce. Fries are GF. I had no issues but I would’ve paid a bit extra for a GF bun.

I have had good experiences here but a couple days ago I got very contaminated by my burger without a bun and they didn't separate my order into a different bag from family gluten items. I'm very disappointed and have lost my trust at this location.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it. I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.

If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.

The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
