Great experience we have four people with celiac disease felt safe eating here. They ask if it’s an allergy and do everything separately.

Five guys used to be good, but now they overcharge and give you a lot less fries. Also very rude about allergies. They act like it’s such a problem for them to change gloves

Guy behind the counter was upset he had to change gloves and remarked "why does everyone have an allergy." If I eat here again would bring my own bun. I asked for lettuce wrap and got a burger in a bowl. Kinda odd but tasted ok.
Yes
Changed their gloves and were happy to accommodate me! Got a lettuce wrapped burger and french fries
Very friendly, when I asked about gluten-free, my grand daughter, didn't have to go away hungry, . Now is our favorite place to go.
Thank you
Great food has never made my son sick. The only bad thing is the price. We actually quit going there due to price. But great for gf people!
Thankful to still be able to enjoy 5 Guys! Very cautious staff who made sure to not contaminate my burger!
I was pleased with my first experience eating gluten-free at Five Guys. They announced "food allergy!" to the kitchen staff, who then proceeded to change their gloves before handling my order. Apparently they caught a mistake with a trainee, and they started over, changing gloves again and made an entirely new order. I had no reaction, the staff was very agreeable and helpful, and they knew exactly what to do to accommodate my gluten allergy. Everything in the menu is gf except the bun.
One of our favorite places to eat. Great food and friendly staff that take precautions for my daughter's safety. Makes me happy!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
