Never had an issue with Five Guys. The crew at this location is great! I usually go with a burger or sausage in a bowl, love the fries.

I am only in the mood for a burger once in awhile. I really enjoy theirs. I get my burger lettuce wrapped. Don't need a not great gluten free bun anyway. I can't think of any even non fast food places that the flavor is better. Same with the fries done in peanut oil that I don't have to worry about cross contamination on.

I have had very good luck at this location on multiple visits. I order a bowl with burger and veggies, sometimes cheese. I learned to not order mayo and I put on my own ketchup from the condiment area. The mayo is from a shared tub and they put it in a plastic cup on the side. I saw sesame seeds and bun fragments in it so didn't use it. Make sure you communicate your needs clearly. I have gotten sick at another location probably from shared mayo.

Excellent service.

Great fries. Dedicated firers because that is all that goes in any of them - no worries about chicken nuggets or breaded fish patties in there. Generous serving sizes too.

Great burger served on lettuce wrap. Better tasting patty than other fast food joints, or even some other sit down chains.

Service was horrible! I ordered gf veggi and it came on a bun took it back and they told me we don't have gluten free here. the girl who remade my sandwich kept rolling her eyes at me and didn't change her gloves so I told them they need to change her gloves and she really got sassy with the sighs and rolling of the eyes. they have no clue DO NOT eat here!!!

"Everything is gluten free but the buns" is their motto. Well then why would I go there? I can get a burger without the bun anywhere.

Dedicated fryer, with great fries! I've gotten burgers and fries. For the burger I've done lettuce wrap or done my own gluten free bun. The quality of the meat and veggies are top notch and the fries aren't contaminated. That is what matters.

I completely disagree with Edward. Some of the gluten free buns at burger places are too small or don't taste all that great, and often times they charge more for one. For side dishes, the most popular side for a burger is is fries. A lot of fast food places are cooking breaded chicken strips and other crap. Not so here. The reason why the quality is high despite being fast and cheap is this place is simple. This is not a sit down restaraunt. Keep things simple and do it right. I'd gladly give up an overpriced gf bun, for better quality meat and fries that are not cross contaminated. K.I.S.S.

Like most burger joints, if you're GF, you're pretty much limited to side dishes. Unlike many other burger joints, Five Guys doesn't offer GF buns. There are plenty of burger places that do, so patronize them instead!

If you're not GF, then Five Guys is delicious, but if you're not GF, then why are you using this app?

Thank you to those who reviewed this location. I’m from Connecticut and not all our locations treat gluten free as safe.

I was very happy they went above and beyond for me - every person knew I was the “allergy” and they kept reassuring me - they were extra cautious with my burger bowl and fries

Our order was fouled up, but quickly corrected. The burgers were good, not great. The fries were great and plentiful.

They take extra precautions for allergies! Fryer only has hand cut potatoes in it so fries are gluten free, very greasy but delicious!
