When I went here I was told only thing they do different to make gluten free was a lettuce wrap instead of bun. Really wish they would offer a bun as well as know for sure if their fries are gluten free
While the young lady taking the order didn’t fully under gluten free, she did a great job telling the cooking staff. The cooks were extra careful and prepared my hamburger with a lettuce wrap.

great staff! their lettuce wrap burgers are awesome.
Bring your own bun, ensure you mention celiac and they will change their gloves.

When you order without a bun, the cashier asks if it's allergy related. They always make sure to change their gloves and make the order separately. Watch out though,, the Cajun fries are spicy!

Great service! When I order a cheeseburger without bread, the cashier always notifies the grill and preparation area that it is allergy related. They always change their gloves and prepare the order separately.

Awesome service and made it a point to let the grill know it was an allergy to avoid cross contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
