Enjoyed my experience. They changed gloves because of my sensitivity.

No GF buns— lettuce wrap. GF fryer for fries. When I asked for a lettuce wrap, the person taking my order immediately asked if it was an allergy and I said yes. He entered “change gloves” into the computer along with the order, and also verbally told the kitchen staff that a glove change order was coming. Then they delivered my burger in a separate bag from the others in my order who used buns. A good GF experience! The only hitch is there are peanuts everywhere on the tables and floors in that restaurant, as that is part of their gimmick. A bummer for GF people who are also allergic to peanuts!
Yes
I have CD and a Nima gluten sensor device. To watch the food being made, I was a bit nervous. Nothing on the menu has gluten except the buns (essentially) according to the website. I didn't see anyone changing gloves. That said, my Nima tested the food to be GF. Only fries in the fryers. So, as long as they don't cross contaminate, this place should be ok!
No
This location does not understand gluten-free and definitely has no concept of cross-contamination. They brought my lettuce wrap out with sesame seeds showing in between the lettuce pieces. It had obviously come in contact with a bun!
No
Really good burger bowl and fries. I have celiac disease and was thrilled when I ate there and didn't get sick!
Yes
The best fries EVER
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
