The workers were knowledgeable and made our celiac kiddo a yummy and safe meal! They offered to clean the grill, use new utensils and change gloves without us even asking. He is very sensitive and had no issues!

I don't have a gluten allergy so I have them make it with the bun and all the toppings I like and then remove the bun and just eat the burger with a fork and knife.
Every time we go here, tell them we are allergic to gluten & request they put the cheese on the meat, we always end up losing most of the cheese cause they put it on very top, next to aluminum foil, on top of the lettuce, tomato, & onion. The Liberty store does it correctly. Great food!
Usually very good, but apparently forget to use fresh gloves when busy. Got glutenized for the first time at Five Guys!
Love this place & just found out they will make their burgers without the buns! Lost a star due to the inconsistency with their fries. They're not always cooked and I've ordered a small that has gotten more fries than a large.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
