So great everytime, im never disappointed. i always get a burger but with a lettuce wrap instead, they always make it on a cleaned surface regardless of if they know it’s an allergy or not(if you order in store they also ask if it’s for an allergy!!) and it’s always great and i never have any symptoms. they also have gf fryers that only cook fries(so the fries are also safe and delicious)

I really like this chain. All their fryers are only used to cook fries so they are GF. They keep the bread away from the fryers to avoid cross contamination. The food prep people change gloves. Very cautious. I travel a lot, so this is my go to chain restaurant on the road. Never had a problem. And yes, the burgers and fries are great.

Burgers are gluten free if you ask them to wrap in lettuce omitting the bun. Oooo I wanna try this now!
Very fun, huge portion of fries (thank God!). Lots of toppings to choose from. All served take out, but you can eat in. Server forgot to change gloves, but you get to watch everything they do & see that it gets done right.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
