When we walked in I asked about a dedicated fryer. The guy said they only fry their French fries and they are GF. He asked who had an allergy and then explained all they do for safety. The staff was amazing!! I must of heard allergy 10 times. They also asked where we wanted to sit and went and washed the table and all of the chairs!!! Rated a 4 because they don’t have GF buns.

I asked about cross contamination and based on their answers did not feel safe eating here.
No
It's our first time eating here. Service was friendly and fast, food delicious. We had lettuce wrapped burgers, large fries for two to share. Will come back again!
Tastes so good I forgot to miss the bun! Lettuce wrap is awesome!
Excellent hamburg and fries were supper. Only thing missing was the GF bun.
Yes
Great fries and they do not make anything else in the fryers! They have been careful about changing gloves and will remove a couple layers of bacon to get to ones that are not exposed to gloved hands. I usually skip the bacon though just in case. They will make your burger in a lettuce wrap or a foil tray. They do use peanut oil and serve free peanuts while you wait, so if you have a peanut allergy not a safe option.
Yes
Very disappointed no GF bun options.
dedicated fryer and delicious gluten free burgers! great staff, plus they have online ordering and an android app! fries are fried in peanut oil tho... bad if you have a peanut allergy.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
