They do an incredible job in making sure cross contamination does NOT occur and the only thing in their fryer are the fries. The notate allergy on the order and they announce it while making it. The kitchen area is in full view, so it’s easy to ensure no cross contamination.

they were really good when I I ordered a bunless burger they asked of it was a choice or allergy I said I was celiac . They let the people preparing my food know and I watched gloves being changed and the prep area was changed . The food was very good ( expensive but good )and I felt safe eating it the Fry's are made in a dedicated fryer . Had a great experience.
I do not understand the hype about this place. The GF option was to go bunless, and the burger was incredibly bland. You're going to need all those extra toppings just to make it taste like something.
I never have a reaction here. They do a wonderful job.
Great GF lettuce wrap burger and fries. Just really pricey!
Very poor amount of gf options.

Great burgers and awesome fries
Food made me sick... Contamination even though I explained it and asked the person to inform the cooks she didn't only entered no bun into the computer
Everything except for the buns are gluten free. They have no problem making burgers without the buns. Great customer service and delicious food!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
