Staff is amazing here! They take allergies and cross contamination very seriously! If you order with a group, they will put your items in a separate bag!

I ate at this place and dont feel the cashier passed on my allergy to the cooks. I quickly became ill and would not revisted this establishment. This establishment is not celiac friendly, but that doesnt discredit other locations.
Get the burger in a bowl. You won't be sorry

This is the only Five Guys I have ever gone to. And I have gone with my son (who is also celiac) and my daughter (who is not) several times. Not only are they always careful about separating and putting on new gloves regarding our orders, they are super friendly. I don't know what they use for their training or hiring practices, but more places should adopt them. Never had a cc issue, always top notch customer service, and delicious food to boot. Worth the price. Really love these guys.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
