Delicious! I said I had an allergy to gluten, and they said I could have a bowl or a burger wrapped in lettuce. I opted for the lettuce wrap, and it was just the right amount of lettuce. She also marked it as an allergy and yelled to the crew that it was allergy. The fries are of course from a dedicated fryer. Some of the fries looked like potato wedges, which was kind of weird. But the burger and fries were very good.

I got extremely sick from here the last time I ate, I had to tell the cook to get me new patties after she had touched buns then touched my hamburger patties right after. Cooked my patties on the same stove as the rest (no dedicated gluten free grill) and pressed down my patties with the same presser used on the non allergy parties. Do not eat here if you have celiac it's not a safe option in Twin Falls.

Great food. Good burgers. Dedicated fryer for the fries. Very knowledgeable staff. Great place for dinner

Celiac review: staff were knowledgeable of the importance of avoiding cross contamination. They have a separate grill to fry your burger and the fries are gluten free. I was excited to have yummy homemade French fries. Not sure if they have GF buns but I had the option of wrapping my burger in lettuce.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
