I've never had a problem. Buns are on separate grill from other items French fries are safe. Some locations are better informed than others, sadly.

we asked the staff for their gluten free options. they didn't know what we were talking about, didn't know what gluten was. when we explained, they claimed there are no gluten free items.

My mom and I (both celiac) at at this restaurant on our way to and from the UP. Both times the staff was very careful about our allergies, making sure to change gloves and keeping who worked on our food to a limited number to avoid cross contamination. We are both very sensitive and had no issues.

Went here today. Ordered little cheeseburger in lettuce. Told them we have a gluten allergy and they provided a separate bag and used new gloves to prepare the burger.
