It's a Five Guys, no more no less. Pretty good burgers. Staff are aware of food allergies and if you request a lettuce wrap for allergy reasons they know to prepare it with precautions against cross contamination. I've gotten burgers several times and haven't had any issues. Cannot personally vouch for the fries since I haven't had them since being diagnosed, but I've been told that they're safe since the fryer is only used for fries.

Fries are the only thing fried in the fryer. Lettuce wrap available for burgers. They change gloves and wipe down the area. Never got sick from here.

Always easy to get gluten free here. They ask if you have an allergy and it’s amazing how quick they clean up and change aprons and gloves to make your burger in a nice little lettuce wrap. Fries are safe too!

Any time I tell them no bun, they ask if it's an allergy. If I say yes, I can clearly see all the cooks change gloves and clean up their station. So glad I can eat a delicious burger again! No gf buns though, you can get it in lettuce or in a bowl.
They don't fry anything else but fries! So no worrying about cross contamination. I watched as they prepared my lettuce wrapped burger. The cook removed his old clothes away from the prep area and put on new gloves to prepare my burger. I was thrilled! Thank you 5 guys!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
