Ugh SO GOOD. I do wish they had a GF bun but… ask for a lettuce bun! Fries are amazing as well.

Ordered the little bacon cheeseburger in a bowl (no bun) and little fries. Since the patties are fresh, no added preservatives. They don’t offer other fried foods so the fries are in a dedicated fryer to themselves AND they are fresh cut! No cross contamination.
I slipped my hamburger on to a GF ciabatta roll that I had handy and bam! Delicious. Two hours later and still no problem.
Thank you Five Guys for making a new celiac’s life a little easier.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
