No gluten free milkshakes. Not sure how safe
Eat here often love the Cajun fries everything is gluten free except the buns and vinegar
Have eaten here many times, and have never gotten sick. There are no gluten free buns, so you must order your burger lettuce-wrapped or in a "bowl" (foil container). If you tell the service order taker that you are gluten free, and ask if the food prep would change their gloves, they are kind and happy to do so. Five Guys is my go-to place for a quick hamburger.
Very accommodating when I ordered the person behind the register was very excited to tell me about the new burger in a bowl.
It was god but needed a bun...they really should start having gluten free buns the. It would be a 5 star choice.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
