consistently avoid cross contamination and even bag my food separately from my family :)
One of the best gluten free experiences I've had at a restaurant so far! I asked for my hamburger bunless and the cashier asked me right away "allergy or preference?" When I said allergy, she immediately turned around and told the cooks. My hamburger came to me covered and in it's own separate container. They even gave me my own ketchup and mayonnaise, in their own containers and covered. I didn't have to ask for any of this, it was clear they already had a set plan in place and it was awesome!! Very accommodating to gluten free customers! One of the best I've seen yet!

Great place! When I told the cashier of my gluten allergy, he had everyone change their gloves in order to prepare my meal. Then, my meal was brought out separately from my family's meals. Yummy food and large selection of gf items.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
