For me as a sensitive person to cross contact, I can only have fries here. I think I get contact from the spatula when they put patties on buns.

They made my burger with a lettuce wrap, noted as a gluten allergy and gloves were changed when they made my order. Will be back!

Marked me as a gluten allergy, changed gloves and she made sure to tell the kitchen. So yummy too!!

When you order a burger specify a bowl or a lettuce wrap with a gluten allergy. The fries are safe too. I love eating here.

They flagged my burger for a gluten allergy and offered a lettuce wrap. The fries are cooked separately and they were delicious! The kitchen is open so you can see them preparing your food. I was skeptical but I am very sensitive and I didn’t get sick. I will be back!
Yes
The fries are absolutely gf because that's all they use the fryer for. Order a lettuce wrap burger, tell them you have an allergy, and you'll be fine. ***However: Their pump-style ketchup might have gluten. Use their available Heinz ketchup packets to be on the safe side.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
