I had heard great things about Five Guys, but to my dismay, the assembler did not change his gloves, despite my telling them it was for my Celiac son. To their credit, they apologized and began making a new burger, but I ultimately had to bail, as they do not have a designated area to prepare orders, and the counter in which they were working was covered in crumbs from the buns.

Good burgers but you have to bring your own bun. Tell them to cook it separate.
Good burger , hot dog, French fries. Have nicer gotten sick. Very friendly.
Gf fries! We do get the burger and hot dogs ( no buns) and have had no problems. They change gloves for us and use extra caution.
I love Five Guys for their quality and price but no buns.
Fries are sort of ok. Cross contamination with buns and Burgers are possible they put the buns on the same surface.
The staff is very accommodating. They have no problem with leaving off the bun and I can still have they awesome fries!
Great gluten free burgers. Served in a platter. Good staff,

Everything is gluten free except the buns!
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
