Never had a problem here. Staff is knowledgeable and changes gloves when made aware of GF needs.

NO GF buns. “Lettuce wrap” was the burger and fixings between 2 big pieces of lettuce. Not even wrapped. Had to eat it with a fork and knife. When a girl wants a burger, she wants a burger not a burger salad.
My favorite burger joint. All of the burger patties and buns are gluten free. There is something about the juiciness of the meat mixed with the melted cheddar and crispy lettuce and a hint of tomato with the right amount of condiments. I have yet to have a better GF burger. The fries are too greasy and salty but they do taste pretty darn good. Since going vegetarian, I’ve missed this spot.
Yes
Don’t ask for Mayo. Knife goes in and out of Mayo Bucket on and off regular bread and back in.
Fries are gluten free, but are always soggy. Burgers, eh... No Bad Daddies...

Great burgers & fries...the only thing is i feel need to run a marathon after eating to burn all the calories i just ate.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
