Best celiac safe burger meal I’ve had. Ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a lettuce bun, cajun fries and a vanilla shake. Everything was delicious and the lettuce bun was super fresh. Told them it was for a “gluten allergy” and asked if they could change gloves. New favorite for sure.

Only the buns have gluten per website. Not gluten free bun option but a no bun or lettuce wrap is available. Only fries prepared in the fire so safe to eat.
Caution ordering Mayo on burger since it is spread with a knife that could be contaminated with other orders but other sauces are prepared with squeeze bottle.
My order was tagged with “gluten allergy” and I observed the employee change gloves and complete my order from start to finish safely. Very impressed during the busy dinner time order rush!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
