Burgers and fries are GF, dedicated fryer. They follow allergy protocol by changing gloves and preparing on a separate area of the counter. No GF bun but they offer lettuce wrap.

On their website you can find a list of all of their items and it’s clearly marked what contains gluten and what doesn’t! Fries are in their own fryer and nothing else gets fried in that fryer ! Burgers are gf, 95% Of toppings are too (just double check online because I believe it was the A1 sauce that isn’t !) No gf buns, but they will lettuce wrap! I had a bun at home I wanted to use so I explained they and they made my burger and packaged all my toppings so I could build my burger at home! They made sure all my items were in my own bag and not with my fiancé’s food! Definitely would go back!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
