As with all Five Guys, the Fries are GF and so are the burgers (except for the bun). I believe most (maybe all) of the toppings are GF but personally I stick with only the ones I believe have less risk of CC. On the note of CC, I don’t consider all Five Guys locations safe for me. Bun crumbs can be notoriously dangerous and all it takes is one person to CC everything. The safety of a place like this is very much dependent on the staff. Because of that, I tend to avoid them except when I’m out options. This one I ended up going to because I get out of work late and it’s the only thing open at 9:45pm with any GF food. I found that the staff at this location are particularly understanding and caring. The kitchen is always kept very clean and organized (at least it is that late :). I appreciate having a late night option and I appreciate their diligence for my safety even more.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
