I asked if their hot dogs were Gluten-free...they went in the back and read the package/label on the hot dogs. They are gluten free. They also explained the buns are not but they are put on foil and never touch the grill. They changed their gloves before handling my son's food. They seem to take thw proper precautions. My son throughly enjoyed his meal.

I've been here several times and only had one bad reaction. They change their gloves and the buns are done on a separate part of the grill away from the burgers and toppings. They also only put fries in their fryer. Overall I think this place is worth a shot for those of you who are missing fast food.
Burgers and fries are prepared separately. the fryer is used for french fries only Can get burger without a bun and you can see how they are preparing so a little more assuring.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
