Not knowledgeable, extremely limited choices. The food was not great and they got my order wrong.

They did an excellent job of preparing our burger separately from the other items. The bunless burger came out in a tin container in a separate bag. The only thing is I forgot to ask for the french fries to be placed in a separate bag. The fries came out in the same bag as my sons' gluten burgers. I'll remember to ask for the fries in a separate bag next time.
We have never had any issues with their food. We have a few times gotten something out in the bag with the gluten free stuff but they are quick to fix the mistake.
Finally! This is a place where I can have a burger and fries without worry. The employees are very careful. They clean the workspace before preparing our food and change their gloves several times throughout the process. They don't serve chicken so there's nothing to contaminate the fries. They don't have gf buns, but the lettuce wrap is great.

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
