Always get burger in a bowl (mention it’s for an allergy, even though it’s celiac disease) and the fries are safe since they only fry fries there. ๐

Great burgers (sans bun) and fries for a GF meal. Bring your appetite the portions are big. The atmosphere is classic burger joint and the music is unique. From Jonny Cash to U2 they play it all. Awesome!!!
Great staff. Answered all my questions. They will either put your burger in a lettuce wrap or in a bowl with the toppings you want. They change gloves and tell the cooks you have celiac disease. They also gave me my condiments in little containers. The fries are fresh cut potatoes with nothing on it and they are all that is fried in the fryer. I was also able to have a vanilla milkshake!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
