Burgers can have a lettuce wrap to make it gluten free. Staff asked if it was an allergy or preference. Staff will change gloves if needed
This location doesn't have a designated separate fryer for French fries, so high cross contamination, but the seasonings are gluten free.
Milkshakes are malt free and are safe (except cookie flavors obviously)

They’re usually so great to ask if you are going bunless as an allergy or a preference and they do a good job to keep the burger in its own “bowl”.

They were super knowledgeable about what was gluten free. Everything on the menu is gluten free besides the bun. That includes Cajun fries, fry sauce, and they have lettuce wraps. She notified the cook that I had a gluten allergy and he changed his gloves. It was delicious! I will be coming here again!

Went here and stated the gluten allergy and ordered a cheeseburger and fries to share with my son. They put my burger in its own bag but put the fries in the bag with the other burger. I heard her say lettuce wrap and think she changed her gloves. Not really sure how the condiments stay GF..I didn't ask

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
