When we asked for without bun they gave us a hard time. We got two patties with cheese to go. They put the patties in cheese side down making it hard to eat when we got home.

Great service. Well educated staff

Fries are good and safe to eat. They will change gloves and someone will make yours separate from other burgers if you ask. You can get burger as lettuce wrap. I just have them make burger without bun and I bring in my own GF bun and assemble my own.

This location is surprisingly celiac-friendly. Haven’t felt safe at some other locations but this one is very allergy-conscious if you don’t mind a lettuce wrap. (No gf buns). They only cook burgers on separate grill as buns and change gloves etc when you tell them it’s an allergy. Regular fries are gf. Have eaten here tons of times with no cc issues!

Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
