Review of Five Guys

We’ve generally had great experiences at Five Guys, but I was disappointed with this location today. I very clearly said that my daughter had a wheat allergy when ordering. Typically, the cashier yells out that there is an allergy, but she didn’t do that. Then when I looked at our receipt, she hadn’t noted it there either which meant the cooks had no notification. I walked over to the pick up area to let one of the cooks know. Someone who I suspect was a manager then yelled out “wheat allergy on the line!” which should have been done by the cashier. Our fries were put in the bag with the gluteny burgers instead of with the GF burger which was annoying. Then a few minutes later, I saw someone go up and complain that their dairy allergy was not noted on their order. The cashier definitely needed more training. If you go here, just make sure that your allergy is communicated.
