Review of Five Guys

Five Guys is a fairly safe place for someone with Celiac Disease to eat. At this location when I said "no bun" and asked to put an allergy warning on the order, the cashier immediately said the cooks would change their gloves before handling my order. The cooks also are always facing you when making your order and you can verify they change their gloves before handling your order. I would be hesitant to get a shake without knowing how they protect against cross-contamination from the mix-ins
