Loved the lettuce wrap. They always ask if gf is allergy or preference.
I get the little burger since the regular one us huge.

The staff was awesome letting me know they would change their gloves and bag my meal separately from my husband’s ( he ordered gluten). Friendly and accommodating is a good combo ♥ The fries are always good (and the only thing that goes in the fryer). I didn’t get a burger but they are gf (with a lettuce bun).

Burgers are 100% beef with no fillers. Fries are potato only - no coating. Nothing but fries cooked in the fryer. You can get your burger in a "bowl" without the bun and server/kitchen were very conscientious and inquired if my requests were for an "allergy" and they were careful.
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
