i’ve been going to five guys fairy often since 2018 when i was diagnosed celiac and they are always amazing. the staff is always helpful and kind; one night they were out of lettuce wraps and were incredibly apologetic, asking if there was something else they could get me. never had any issues with the food! and i love that i can eat fries!!

Very kind and compassionate staff always takes the most care with my celiac son. They are always so sweet, and make him the most delicious burgers and fries.
Yes
Took our two gf granddaughters here. The fries ARE gf, but they are VERY greasy and very salty. I ate the hotdog without bun and it was okay, but again very salty and greasy. While we did not get sick afterwards, we were very thirsty afterwards and the food sat like a rock in my stomach.
Yes
best burgers i've ever eaten. little messy in the lettuce wrap (no bun) but just as tasty
Yes
This was a nice treat they were very attentive to our needs my son and I were happy to have safe gf French fries out! Loads of topping for our burger the only thing is to get gf they use clean spatulas and just don't give u a bun - so you eat your burger with a fork - was yummy though !! French fries made up for the bunless burger - we would go again - but beware if you are used to eating healthy from home cooked meals this may sit like a Rock in your belly because they are real fries and burgers grease and all !
Excellent food. Bun-less burgers and fries are safe (dedicated GF fryer). Reliable and delicious. Staff is careful to avoid cross-contamination.

I appreciate that they always ask if my lettuce wrapped order is an allergy. Fries are the only thing in the fryer, so no worries about cross contamination.

I’ve gone three times in two months and it’s been great every time. I tell them “allergy warning, I have celiac’s”. I order mine on lettuce (they do a really great job at wrapping the burger in lettuce), with everything on it.
I then inform them that my spouse would like a normal bacon burger on a bun. The staff has always reassured me and I hear them tell each other “allergy!” while cooking. They’ve always put my burger in a different bag marked “***ALLERGY***” and there was a red sticker on the tin foil of my burger.
If you’ve never been to a Five Guys, they have a very limited menu of just burgers (bacon, cheese, or plain) in three sizes, French fries (plain or Cajun), and milkshakes.
The only gluten items on the menu are the buns and malt. The chocolate shakes do not automatically come malted, so there’s never been a worry for me there.
