Despite their GF menu, dedicated fryer and knowledgeable staff, I got sick from their GF food. Not sure if it’s all a ruse or if something was swapped but I had a reaction from eating gluten. Ordered the fish & chips and a tuna melt. The bread on the sandwich was definitely gluten free (small, probably Canyon Bakehouse) and I did ask about a separate toaster but I still got sick. My husband who ate the same thing did not get sick so it was not foot poisoning, just gluten.
