Staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. Many options even with a buffet style that’s usually a big no.

Told my waiter I had celiac, they advised what foods I could and could not eat from the buffet. Instead they brought me food from the kitchen to ensure no cross contamination. They even fried me some French fries in a separate fryer. The servers walking around for the rodizio knew exactly what I could and could not eat.

This was a huge gamble going to a buffet. However I did not get sick here! We went early so there was less chance of cross-contamination from serving utensils. I spoke with one of the staff and he walked me through the salad bar and told me what I could safely eat. The salad bar was incredible, Everything from marinated mushrooms to garlic stuffed eggplant, plenty of items to make a real meal out of. The various cuts of meat, chicken and pork were absolutely delicious. I stayed away from anything with barbecue sauce and believe it or not I woke up the next morning with no migraine and no stomach upset. The second buffet area contained too many fried and breaded items so I completely stayed away from that. This was truly an enjoyable experience for me. While I am not celiac I have gluten sensitivity and a very high wheat allergy which makes dining out a challenge.
